This seminar focuses the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate and manage learning in an e-Learning environment. One section of this seminar focuses on the soft skills for facilitating in an e-Learning environment; the other on the delivery platform features, knowledge of which is requisite for successful online facilitation.
