Inside Sales/Admissions Advisor

Inside Sales/Admissions Advisor Major Job Duty:
An Inside Sales/Admissions Advisor is responsible for enrolling students into graduate degree programs for working professionals for prestigious US universities. This is accomplished by receiving in-bound information calls, but primarily making out-bound warm sales calls (no cold calling) to prospective students who have requested information after responding to internal, targeted marketing campaigns.
Illustrative Duties:
- Informing prospective students of a specific program’s admission requirements, delivery methods, and course structure in order to convince them to apply and further submit all application materials in order to be reviewed for admissions.
- Sell the program’s benefits to students and convince them to fill out an application through a full needs analysis, qualifying that the students
- have the educational background for admissions and handling the prospective students’ objections
- Enter new prospects who call or are called into the database with full and proper documentation
- Follow-up with prospective students/applicants and record results in the database in order to complete a sale
- Take ownership of sales targets both individual and team
- Monitoring any applicable Admissions Assistant to make sure they are performing as per company’s expectations and meeting their target every month.
- Employee will work standardized shifts as per individual program need, between the hours of 9am and 9pm (there will be exceptions to this where required by the program). The standard shifts start at 9am and the second shift starts at 12:00 noon . Daily reports are submitted at the end of each business day
- Continuous training
- Weekly team and floor-wide meetings to address sales tactics, best practices and strategies
- Liaise with universities’ admissions personnel for daily program requirements
Remuneration:
Starting salary $30-$35K per annum plus very competitive income structure that is based on a unique, blended approach to performance-based remuneration (quantity and quality), allowing for possible dramatic increases in income every 6 months. Benefits package after 3-month probation period.
Those with undergraduate degrees qualify for FREE admissions to Masters level online courses (for example MBA) after successful completion of a recruitment cycle for some programs.
Qualifications:
- Previous true inside sales (outbound) experience a MUST HAVE
- A natural, polished sales attitude and a knack for influencing (to be assessed via a role play)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a MUST HAVE
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent PC skills including Excel and Sales Database use (knowledge of SalesLogix a plus)
- Undergraduate degree preferred (required for some positions)
Program Coordinator
Basic Functions

Tasks
- Coordinate admissions and registration according to established guidelines and notify students accordingly.
- Duplicate and distribute all course materials to students.
- Address all non-academic operational issues, policies, problems and procedures associated with the program.
- Assign students to Facilitators and provide students with orientation package.
- Ensure that Lead instructors have access to all sections of their developed courses.
- Coordinate textbooks with BU bookstore and make sure info on textbooks is programmed into our website.
- Monitor quality assurance controls, student evaluations and analysis, and reporting system.
- Respond to students on issues related to the administration of the program in a timely manner.
- Recruit Facilitators and document contract agreements.
- Manage compensation of Facilitators.
- Schedule necessary training for facilitators and lead instructors.
- Distribute course materials and handbooks to new facilitator/instructor.
- Learning new software that would be used for data management and course management aspects.
- Writing weekly reports of your activities to management.
- Proactively bringing issues to management’s attention for immediate resolution.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should have:
- University degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service and/or inside sales
- Computer knowledge
- Versed in MSOffice, Internet Explorer/Netscape, MS Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
Working experience in a vocational or academic organization is an asset.
Salary:
- $30, 000- $33, 000 per yearly plus bonus.
Web Graphics Designer
General Description:
We are seeking a Web/Graphics Designer with a creative mind and experience working in a fast-paced environment. This individual considers him or herself as a self-starter, confident, can work under minimum or no supervision, and is looking for a position where he or she can really make a difference.
Main Duties:
Graphic Designer
- Work directly on design projects through conception, creation and production
- Immediate focus for this position will require the individual to develop creative executions and initiatives to meet clients objectives
- Creating print quality marketing and documentation graphics
- Perform special projects as needed
Web Designer
- Work with marketing team to produce exceptional interactive media that meets and/or exceeds project expectations and delivers lead-generation goals
- Create and produce designs with compelling concepts, break-through layouts, effective functionality, and intuitive usability that lead to solid conversion rates for our clients
- Have a working knowledge of how designs integrate with back-end technology
Required skills/ Qualification:
- University /College Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or Advertising
- 2-3 years of related work experience
- Ability to multi task, work well under pressure in a fast paced and team environment
- Must possess artistic ability and creative thinking for designing eye-catching and effective graphics
- Proven knowledge and experience in the creation of print documentation graphics
- Expert knowledge of GRAPHIC’S SOFTWARE on both MAC & PC - Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Acrobat, JavaScript, Action Script, Flash, HTML
Salary:
- $28, 000- $35, 000 Per annum.
